📋 Description

• Payments Ecosystem Consulting: Diagnose the client's business model to recommend either using a Gateway (connectivity with multiple acquirers) or Intermediation (our sub-acquiring model to simplify flows and settlement). • Deal Enablement (Business Case): Structure commercial proposals focused on financial efficiency, demonstrating how our fee structure, settlement timelines, and cash-advance options optimize the client's cash flow and cost of capital. • Executive Negotiation (C-level Presence): Lead negotiation fronts oriented to business outcomes, translating technical complexities into financial benefits for the CFO and productivity gains for operational decision-makers. • Pipeline Management and Deal Closure: Lead high-value RFPs and competitive bidding processes, ensuring alignment between client needs and Vindi's payment solutions to maximize conversion rates in large accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Payments Expertise: Solid experience in the payments industry (acquirers, sub-acquirers, gateways, or investment banks). • Technical-Financial Knowledge: Strong command of settlement flows, capture models, reconciliation, and the nuances between gateway vs. intermediation models. • Long-cycle Consultative Sales: Proven track record in Enterprise sales with large ticket sizes and negotiations lasting 6 to 12 months. • Sales Methodologies: Proficiency with frameworks such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sale to manage complex pipelines. • Data-driven Focus: Ability to build business cases based on payment conversion and operational cost reduction. • Deep knowledge of Open Finance and new payment methods (Recurring Pix / Pix Recorrente). • Experience with systems integration (ERP, CRM) and technical understanding of payment APIs. • Active networking in verticals such as Education, Insurance, SaaS, e-commerce, and Marketplaces/Platforms.
