• Structure, originate and sell currency and interest rate derivatives, such as NDFs, swaps and options. • Serve as the technical reference for the Commercial Team, including participating in client meetings and visits when required. • Act as intermediary between clients and Legal in contractual discussions, ensuring clarity, agility and commercial feasibility of transactions. • Work directly and proactively with Legal, Product, Risk, Credit, Middle and Back Office teams, ensuring alignment in transaction structuring. • Prepare commercial materials, review operational workflows and identify the best leads to map opportunities.
• Experience with derivatives, FX, interest rates and/or structured products. • Critical, analytical profile with strong negotiation skills. • Ability to propose legal solutions and adapt contracts to make transactions commercially feasible. • Strong communication skills and ability to interact across technical and commercial areas. • Availability to travel and work in a hybrid model. • CPA-20 certification required.
