📋 Description

• Developing strategic partnerships in Asia • Owning OKRs and developing the partnership pipeline • Qualifying partners, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with strategic partners • Landing and growing strategic USDC partnerships with key distribution partners across Asia • Working cross-functionally to create and operationalize robust activation and growth programs • Developing novel partnership approaches to drive business growth

🎯 Requirements

• 13+ years of experience in business development or similar function • 7+ years of experience developing strategic partnerships in fintech, banking, payments, and/or financial services • Proven ability to negotiate and win high-impact strategic deals with a C-level audience • Excellent pipeline management and an ability to prioritize across an expansive set of initiatives to maximize business growth • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English, with Mandarin as a significant plus • Enjoy building at the earliest stages.
