Description

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and strategies for new business development. • Conduct detailed needs assessments with potential clients, identifying their requirements and challenges. • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations in French and English, tailored to the audience's needs and interests. • Provide technical advice and support to clients during the sales process, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to our platform. • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to better serve our clients and improve our offerings. • Work closely with product and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the ongoing development of our solutions.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience in a solutions consultant, sales engineer, or similar role in a SaaS or technology company. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer intelligence, and social media landscapes. • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into simple terms for a non-technical audience. • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
