📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT and digital transformation projects, including cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and enterprise platforms • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success measures • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, schedules, governance packs, and status reporting • Manage project resources and cross-functional teams to achieve delivery outcomes • Ensure successful project closure and transition to operational ownership • Act as the primary contact for project stakeholders and executive sponsors • Facilitate collaboration across business and technical teams • Deliver updates to leadership and governance forums • Translate technical concepts into business-focused outcomes and benefits • Ensure compliance with PMO standards, governance frameworks, security policies, and regulatory requirements • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues • Maintain project documentation, reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting • Monitor project expenditure against approved business cases • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, Statements of Work, and supplier performance • Track benefits realization and value delivery throughout the project lifecycle • Lead and motivate diverse global project teams • Mentor junior project managers and support PMO capability development • Promote continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and lessons learned • Foster accountability, collaboration, and high performance

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years' experience delivering complex IT projects and digital transformation initiatives • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects in global environments • Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and modern delivery methodologies • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making • Experience leading geographically distributed teams and external vendors • Strong project planning, governance, and risk management expertise • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure • Results-driven focus on measurable business outcomes • Strong understanding of organizational change and its impact on business operations • PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office tools preferred • Experience working within enterprise PMO environments preferred
