📋 Description

• Shape and drive the organisation's Modern Workplace technology strategy • Act as the technical authority across Microsoft's workplace ecosystem • Lead architecture, solution design, technical governance, and large-scale transformation initiatives • Provide strategic and hands-on technical leadership across Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, Intune, End User Computing, Copilot, Power Platform, automation, and emerging AI-enabled workplace technologies • Define architectural standards and influence technology roadmaps • Ensure workplace technology solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to business objectives • Lead through influence in a matrix environment rather than hierarchy • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally • Drive outcomes, shape strategic decisions, and deliver workplace technology solutions at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Modern Workplace Architecture and Enterprise Solution Design • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Identity Governance, and Access Management • Experience with Microsoft 365 Architecture, Governance, and Collaboration Services • Experience with Intune, Endpoint Management, and End User Computing (EUC) • Experience with Zero Trust, Security, and Compliance Architecture • Technical leadership, architecture governance, and design assurance experience • Experience with Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, and automation • Experience developing technology roadmaps and driving continuous improvement • Executive stakeholder management and influencing experience • Experience leading complex technical delivery and transformation programmes • Extensive experience in Microsoft Workplace Architecture, Microsoft 365, Identity, Endpoint Management, or related Microsoft Cloud technologies • Relevant Microsoft certifications such as SC-100, SC-300, MS-102, AZ-500, MD-102, or equivalent • Proven track record delivering architecture, governance, and transformation programmes in enterprise environments • Strong understanding of Identity, Access Management, Security, Compliance, and Zero Trust principles • Preferred: enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace transformation initiatives • Preferred: Microsoft Copilot governance, administration, and adoption • Preferred: Power Platform governance, DLP, and environment strategy • Preferred: Microsoft Security technologies including Defender, Purview, and Entra ID Governance • Preferred: M&A integration, tenant consolidation, and service migrations • Preferred: defining architectural standards, patterns, guardrails, and best practices • Preferred: mentoring senior engineers and leading through influence in matrix environments • Preferred: working within large global organisations (5,000+ users)
