• Own and manage SARAL's content strategy and editorial calendar. • Collaborate with writers, SEO consultants, and internal stakeholders to publish high-quality content. • Build and execute AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) initiatives. • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships. • Drive co-marketing campaigns, webinars, podcast sponsorships, and newsletter collaborations. • Optimize website conversion through continuous CRO experiments. • Improve lead qualification workflows, scoring, and funnel efficiency. • Launch, measure, and iterate growth experiments across multiple acquisition channels. • Track growth metrics, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements. • Own projects from idea to execution while being accountable for business outcomes.
• 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Digital Marketing. • Currently working at a SaaS based organisation • Experience owning a marketing channel, campaign, or function end-to-end. • Strong experience managing a content calendar. • Hands-on experience with partnership outreach and relationship management. • Excellent writing and editing skills. • Ability to create and improve marketing content without relying on AI. • Experience with website optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO). • Understanding of lead qualification, lead scoring, and marketing funnels. • Comfortable using HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Figma, and analytics tools. • Strong analytical thinking with an experimentation mindset. • Self-driven, highly accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment. • Available during IST working hours.
