📋 Description

• Own the outbound sales motion for Clara’s expense management solutions, from lead sourcing to contract signing • Generate a high volume of qualified leads through proactive prospecting, calls, and digital outreach • Build and manage a robust pipeline across multiple industries • Engage and influence finance, operations, and procurement decision-makers • Set and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals • Track and optimize performance vs. KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and number of closed contracts • Maintain detailed records of all sales activity and client interactions using HubSpot CRM • Act as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating Clara’s value proposition and differentiation in the expense management SaaS market

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of exceeding outbound sales targets in a SaaS software company (especially in expense management, ERP-adjacent, or financial SaaS contexts) • Strong hunter profile, comfortable working under pressure and maintaining high outbound activity • Experience selling to finance, expense, or procurement teams • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills • Strong pipeline management skills and ability to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently • Based in Brazil • Working proficiency in Portuguese • Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and spoken)
