Description

• As a Senior Technical Product Manager (m/f/x) you will be driving the evolution and success of our technical solutions as well as the CLARK platform and tools to empower long lasting customer relationships and operational efficiency. • Your main tasks will include: • Planning, coordinating and monitoring new product solutions in multidisciplinary project teams for our european business units • Defining, prioritizing and analyzing product metrics and reconciling business goals, user needs and implementation efforts to shape requirements, features and products • Gathering, evaluating and categorizing external and internal customers insights • Working closely with sales, service and development teams to create and improve customizable and reusable products and services for our business units • Developing a tech vision for central components of our european system landscape that guides your product roadmap

Requirements

• Strong tech and product background with at least 5 years of experience in agile product management (ideally in building and scaling backend and B2B systems at a FinTech / InsurTech) • Experience with defining technical components and interfaces and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce and Zendesk) • Strong stakeholder management skills in order to translate business objectives into tech requirements • Effective communication and collaboration skills, so that you can build strong relationships within a cross-functional team and beyond • A structured and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects while sticking to realistic goals and timelines • Excellent English and German language skills (both, verbally and written)
