📋 Description

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and signing • Proactively prospect and build relationships with construction professionals to uncover pain points and opportunities • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue goals • Develop and execute data-driven prospecting plans to expand territory and build pipeline • Research, map accounts, and engage decision-makers to generate interest and uncover business requirements • Deliver compelling virtual and in-person product demonstrations showcasing Clearstory's value • Position yourself as a trusted expert on Clearstory’s platform, competitive landscape, and industry trends • Ensure a seamless post-sales experience and collaborate with internal teams to support customers

🎯 Requirements

• High-Energy, Results-Driven Team Player • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Commercial Construction industry working as a Project Manager with a General Contractor (mandatory) • 2+ years of demonstrated success in software sales, preferably B2B (preferred) • Quota-crushing track record of exceeding sales targets • Consultative selling expertise and solution-based sales methodologies • Strong ability to develop, manage, and accurately forecast sales pipelines • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Experience in the Commercial Construction industry (preferred) • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience (preferred) • Embody core company values: Be Curious, Customer Obsession, Keep It Simple, Raise the bar • Passion, initiative, high energy, commitment to excellence, and operational focus • Strong prioritization, organizational tolerance for ambiguity, and ability to implement change
