• Lead and mentor teams of 6-12 engineers • Work on a wide range of projects within core technology stack and products • Focus on solving problems from customer-facing and backend perspectives • Help improve architecture and processes • Gain a deep understanding of the product and drive product implementation • Communicate with stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience working with a remote team • 3-5 years of experience leading a software development team • Ability to mentor and guide engineers • Strong understanding of core computer science principles • Experience with system design and architecture • Knowledge of backend systems and web application development • Experience working on rapidly growing web applications • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to overlap with North American timezones
