📋 Description

• Participate in kick-off meetings with clients; • Prepare data collection materials: develop questionnaires, select and categorize the target audience, estimate costs and approve the programming vendor, send client-approved survey forms to the programmer, test links, distribute materials to the interviewer team, conduct training for interviewers, manage pharmacovigilance, and monitor the progress of data collection; • Monitor pharmacovigilance reports and communicate any adverse events to clients; • Ensure the quality and completeness of survey responses; • Perform processing of collected data; • Generate delivery reports (Power BI); • Prepare concise presentations for client deliverables;

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Degree in Social Communication, Advertising/Publicity, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Data Science; • Strong numerical skills and analytical ability; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills; • Ability to synthesize and analyze complex topics (healthcare-related subjects); • Familiarity with statistical software or data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python, SQL) is a plus but not required; • Familiarity with data presentation/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, ThinkCell); • Desired: proficiency in English and Spanish — considered a differential.
