📋 Description

• Manage remote and onsite interviews across multiple global time zones • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal teams • Maintain accurate, compliant candidate records in Workday, Rooster and other systems • Process candidate travel expenses, upload NDAs, and issue contingent worker contracts and background checks via DocuSign • Help streamline our TA documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Initiate and monitor background checks and onboarding process for new hires • Maintain strict confidentiality and manage ad-hoc projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of a practical background in Coordination, or Recruiting Operations • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent working experience) • Ability to work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, candidates and hiring managers • Zoom, Workday (required), Google Suite (preferred) or MS Office proficiency and Rooster (preferred) • The organizational skills to juggle multiple moving parts and tight deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • An understanding of how fast-paced environments work • Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
