Description

As a Staff Software Engineer at CloudTalk, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our products and contributing to the success of our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers. At CloudTalk, senior engineers are part of the Architecture guild, it is expected that you will play a key role in shaping our architecture and architecture decisions. Your first goal will be to map our current architecture and create a vision where we want to get to and help execute on that vision. Later on you might be a part of the team working on an architecture problem, mentoring others and when the job is done in that team you’ll move to another one.
