📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment for strategic roles across the company. • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. • Lead Attraction & Selection projects focused on improving hiring quality, scalability, and operational excellence. • Use data, AI, and automation to optimize recruiting processes and support better hiring decisions. • Build and improve recruiting playbooks, tools, and best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic hiring initiatives, including employer branding, interview excellence, and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably in technology or fast-paced environments. • Experience leading projects or driving process improvements. • Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to support decision-making. • Experience leveraging AI tools and recruiting technologies to improve productivity and hiring outcomes. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills. • High ownership and a continuous improvement mindset. • Fluent English for daily activities, discussions, meetings and interviews. • Nice To Have • Experience in high-growth technology companies. • Experience ATS platforms. • Knowledge of People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or automation tools. • Experience with employer branding, university recruiting, or talent community initiatives. • Familiarity with project management methodologies or agile ways of working.
