📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for business-critical projects immediately after a focused onboarding phase • Work with clients as equals and trusted partners • Turn visions into scalable architectures • Advise clients at C-level and architecture-management levels • Develop and support high-end software and highly efficient infrastructures • Structure complex technical topics and present them to groups • Provide Go code or project references as evidence of experience

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience developing with Rust • Expert-level knowledge of concurrency patterns and the Go ecosystem • Experience providing professional consulting services to clients • Ability to structure complex topics and confidently present and defend them before groups • Strong technical expertise and confident communication skills • Willingness to present Go code or project references • Fluent written and spoken German and English for team and client communication • Availability for full-time employment • Moderate willingness to travel, approximately once per quarter
