• Outbound calls to acquire potential new clients • Conducting free initial consultation calls to assess needs • Telephone outreach to existing contacts in the system • Scheduling as well as preparation and follow-up for appointments of our strategy consultants • Occasional attendance at events, seminars and similar occasions for new customer acquisition
• Persuasive and articulate • Eagerness to learn sales from the ground up • Familiarity with the endurance sports target audience is a plus • Ability to follow established processes • Quick learner with a high level of discipline • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for precision • A calm, pleasant and professional telephone voice • Clean, error-free written German
