📋 Description

• Identify net new business and qualify inbound leads • Execute outbound prospecting strategies • Vet and qualify marketing-generated leads • Conduct account and contact research • Generate high-quality, sales-accepted opportunities within Salesforce • Maintain accurate CRM activity tracking • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 1-2 years prior in BDR, SDR, inside sales, lead development, or similar pipeline-generation roles • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with outbound prospecting • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools • Ability to qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDICC • Strong objection-handling skills • Familiarity with engaging prospects in the U.S. market preferred
