📋 Description
• Leading the delivery of ESA updates and sector planning processes • Managing and coordinating a multi-disciplinary team of consultants • Providing technical oversight and quality assurance across all outputs • Leading engagement with Ministry stakeholders and development partners • Designing and delivering capacity strengthening activities (workshops, mentoring, technical clinics) • Ensuring outputs are aligned with national priorities and implementation system
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree (or higher) in education, economics, public policy, or related field • 15+ years’ experience in education sector development or related fields • Demonstrated experience leading: Education Sector Analysis (ESA) • Education Sector Plans or similar national-level strategies • Proven track record managing complex, multi-expert consultancy teams • Extensive experience working with Ministries of Education and/or government systems • Strong experience producing high-quality technical reports and policy outputs • Proven ability to deliver capacity building and institutional strengthening
