📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions • Partner with account executives, the partner ecosystem, and executive leadership • Serve as the trusted technical advisor and own technical relationships with stakeholders • Increase adoption of Cohere products internally and externally • Gather customer insights and feedback to shape future products • Lead the design and deployment of customer pilots for strategic enterprise and government customers • Own the customer’s technical narrative from discovery and architecture through pilot results and business case • Bring structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams • Lead technical discussions on customer calls • Design enterprise architectures for North deployments • Conduct deep dives on customer queries and Cohere technology • Work with customer executives to prioritize use cases, define success metrics, and build the AI adoption business case • Facilitate customer evaluations and pilots within customer technology stacks • Develop and document processes to help Solutions Architecture and adjacent teams scale • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align offerings with customer needs • Work with partners to develop strategies for enabling and accelerating their customers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as consulting data scientist, forward deployed engineer, deployment strategist, or solutions architect • Experience taking AI or data solutions from executive problem framing to production • Passion for Agentic AI • Practical understanding of where LLMs deliver value in production and where they do not • Solid grounding in ML fundamentals, including training, evaluation, and retrieval • Ability to design evaluation frameworks for customer pilots • Excellent communication skills for executive and technical audiences • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and establish high-impact structures and processes • Comfortable working with Python and Assistive Coding tools • Professional fluency in English for business and technical contexts • Preferred: fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian
