Description

• Supporting the Compliance Monitoring and Testing (CMT) Senior Manager in the development, management, execution, and improvement of the CMT Program • Designing, implementing, and enhancing enterprise-wide CMT Program methodologies and governance documents • Participating in developing a risk-based annual CMT plan and creating periodic reporting • Managing assigned CMT activities including planning, execution, reporting, and issue remediation • Preparing reports on CMT activities results, conducting root cause analysis, and facilitating remediation plans • Maintaining issues and remediation-related information in a central repository • Tracking implementation of remediation plans and staying current on regulatory developments and industry events

Requirements

• Advanced experience in executing CMT programs, testing plan, and activities across financial services/products • Working knowledge of laws, regulations, and risk management practices in financial services • Track record of delivering work outcomes on budget and meeting quality standards • Hands-on involvement in developing metrics and reporting • Strong written/verbal communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Highly motivated, analytical, organized, innovative, and adaptive • Good presentation skills, multi-tasking capability, team-oriented, and a self-starter
