Description

• Join a tight-knit, early-stage distributed team working on interesting technical challenges • Play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of crypto products • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams • Lead the end-to-end design process for CoinTracker products • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs • Utilize user research and data analysis to inform design decisions • Maintain design systems and guidelines • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in visual design • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to handle ambiguity in startup environment • Aligned with company values • Works effectively in remote setting • Nice to have: Motion design, Brand and Design systems experience; knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and fintech industry
