Description

• Lead a team of professionals in backend, frontend, and QA engineering • Collaborate with Founders and Product Team • Represent the team in meetings • Coordinate the team in complex tasks • Provide technical and personal leadership • Provide architectural guidelines • Guarantee product and code quality • Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance

Requirements

• Significant professional experience with Python, SQL, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery • Knowledge of JavaScript (React) is a plus • Experience in managing a team of at least 3 people • Basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures • Understanding of developing complex products • Proficiency in English • Capacity to communicate complex technical, architectural, and organizational problems • Experience with performance and optimization problems • Ability to work in an agile development process • Ability to integrate with an organization long-term • Positive and solution-oriented mindset • Effective communication skills • Self-motivated and self-managing • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment • Ability to use GitLab
