📋 Description

• Maintain financial trackers • Prepare monthly reports • Manage bank payments • Reconcile invoices against bank transfers, hourly reports, and internal records • Develop and implement AI automation to streamline manual workflows • Manage vacation balances and employee agreement records • Respond to payment-related queries • Provide proactive customer updates via email • Maintain daily team communication • Use advanced Google Sheets skills and various accounting/financial systems • Leverage experience in international team environments and Notion to support operations • Apply AI expertise or active coursework to optimize financial and administrative processes

🎯 Requirements

• Basic understanding of finance or accounting • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills • Attention to detail • Analytical thinking • Strong organizational habits • Proactive and responsible approach • Readiness to learn • English level B2 or higher • Ukrainian native • Experience in finance, administration, or accounting is ideal • Experience in international team environments • Proficiency in Notion • Experience with accounting/financial systems • AI expertise or active AI coursework
