📋 Description
• Oversee incoming service requests, facility maintenance tickets, and general tenant inquiries to ensure quick and efficient resolution. • Coordinate and schedule reservations for building conference rooms, event areas, and shared community spaces. • Maintain clear, professional, and polished written and verbal communication with property managers and commercial tenants. • Follow structured Knowledge Center guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery and update as needed to ensure processes stay current.
🎯 Requirements
• Prior background in Commercial or Residential Property Management is highly encouraged. • Outstanding spoken and written English skills (experience dealing with high-profile US commercial clients is a strong plus). • Experience with property management platforms - specifically Prism by Building Engines - is highly desirable. • Self-directed, detail-oriented, coachable, and reliable. • Must be available to work standard US East Coast business hours (M-F, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST).
