📋 Description
• Respond professionally to customers' technical inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction through a competent and friendly manner. • Advise customers on additional products and services offered by the telecommunications company to meet all customer needs. • Record and maintain customer master data in our computer systems.

• Excellent German language skills (spoken and written, native-level) • Eloquent and strong communication skills • Comfortable with product advisory and upselling • Technically proficient and solution-oriented • Responsible and motivated • Flexible availability
