📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional, global teams to achieve positive outcomes for Conduent’s clients • Plan, organize, direct, control, and deliver complex IT projects and/or programs • Align projects with client expectations and business needs • Manage projects involving multiple technology disciplines and/or significant business process re-engineering • Participate in Conduent’s technology Project Management Office (PMO) • Build and lead cross-functional teams • Deliver projects on time and on budget • Communicate project scope, goals, and responsibilities to project teams • Establish clear stakeholder expectations • Solve complex problems requiring critical thinking • Adhere to stringent reporting requirements • Monitor performance in project and program control activities • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans • Engage effectively with senior business and technology leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience • 8+ years of IT project and/or program management experience • Direct experience with waterfall and agile project management processes and methodologies • Stakeholder management • Advanced experience with project management tools, including Microsoft Project, MS Project Online, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Power BI • PMP Certification preferred • Experience working in a contact center environment preferred
