📋 Description

• Oversee the successful completion of projects • Create, organize, execute, and complete specific projects • Manage relevant employees and delegate project tasks • Set deadlines, milestones, and allocate resources • Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities across multiple projects • Assist in defining project scope and goals • Make effective decisions on project progression • Coordinate teams across multiple units to maintain synergy • Communicate project status with company executives, the board, and customer stakeholders • Ensure projects remain on track and on budget • Perform quality control throughout project development • Adjust project schedules and targets as needed • Motivate project participants to complete tasks on time

🎯 Requirements

• Must have at least 5-7 years’ experience managing professional services projects for software • Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum) • Proven leadership skills • Cost and risk management skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills • Problem-solving skills • Ability to delegate effectively • Time management skills • Friendly and approachable • Bachelor's degree
