📋 Description

• Oversee e-commerce web development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget • Work closely with development teams to plan and manage two-week sprints, ensuring priorities align with business needs • Act as the primary liaison between global e-commerce business stakeholders and the web development team, translating business requirements into actionable tasks • Manage JIRA workflows, sprint boards, backlog grooming, and reporting to ensure project visibility and efficiency • Identify potential roadblocks, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure smooth project execution • Continuously improve agile processes, sprint planning, and retrospective outcomes to enhance team productivity • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status, timelines, and key deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management within an e-commerce or web development environment • Proven track record of managing agile web development projects, particularly in a Scrum framework • Deep knowledge of JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting • Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to resolve project challenges • Ability to clearly articulate project goals, expectations, and progress across global teams • Preferred: PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification
