📋 Description

• Calculation, verification, determination and analysis of expenses incurred by the cooperative and their respective impacts, complying with the Cooperative's policies and using integrated systems (SAP) and spreadsheets with specific controls to properly allocate expenses to cooperative members. • Identification of tax contingencies, working together with Legal and statutory accounting to analyze the processes involved and their respective amounts, including examination of the triggering events to assess possible charges to expenses related to legal proceedings. • Preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and forecast analyses, working closely with business areas to support the mills and the company's results. Support BU controllers in actuals/replanning of the harvest, validate assumptions, and analyze and explain actuals versus budget. • Ensure the accuracy of information bases for the financial close. • Strong interaction and relationship management with internal stakeholders, cooperative member mills and former member mills. • Lead and support periodic audit processes with documentation and reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field • Familiarity with legal proceedings and legal terminology • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook); VBA will be considered a differential • Experience with SAP
