• The Commercial Consultant is responsible for converting business opportunities into sales. • Deliver product presentations and propose commercial offers aligned with the expectations and agreement between Conexia and the prospective client. • Maintain relationships and manage the entire negotiation through to closing. • Conduct demonstrations for Directors, Coordinators, and Teachers of digital education solutions. • Prepare and deliver commercial presentations of the portfolio. • Develop and formalize proposals. • Prepare negotiations using consultative and technical selling approaches. • Maintain engagement with opportunities and ensure scheduled meetings take place. • Manage opportunities throughout negotiations, maintaining necessary follow-ups. • Present the company and product. • Send emails and necessary materials when engaging with opportunities. • Organize contact schedule. • Maintain and update the CRM, recording activities for each opportunity. • Coordinate with the Inside Sales team to achieve the company's strategic objectives. • Provide weekly reports to management regarding your sales funnel and forecast.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed) • Experience in B2B sales / Inside Sales • Knowledge of sales funnel management and commercial processes • Familiarity with sales methodologies (SPIN Selling) • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills • Experience managing CRM systems / general sales software • Experience in sales leadership and management • Knowledge of sales forecasting and KPIs • Experience in the educational technology sector / digital education solutions • Intermediate to advanced English preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Availability to travel
