📋 Description

• Identify, pitch, and onboard premium French publishers and media owners into the ConnectAd platform • Build and execute a supply-acquisition strategy targeting high-quality, monetisation-ready inventory across formats and verticals • Own and grow relationships with existing publisher partners, identifying opportunities to expand inventory, formats, and revenue • Advise publishers on yield strategy, demand activation, and platform integration • Collaborate with Customer Success, account management, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high service levels, successful partner activation, and strong partnership satisfaction • Represent ConnectAd at industry events, publisher meetings, and senior stakeholder discussions in France • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities • Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams to inform ConnectAd's supply strategy • Drive new business revenue growth, publisher partnership acquisition and retention, existing-account revenue growth, pipeline conversion, inventory quality, and strategic relationship depth in France

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial, proven experience in publisher development, supply-side partnerships, adtech, or programmatic business development • Strong existing network across French publishers and media owners • Proven track record of acquiring and growing revenue-generating publisher partnerships • Solid understanding of SSPs, header bidding, yield management, ad servers, and programmatic monetisation • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, comfortable in a fast-moving, independent SSP environment • Professional working proficiency in French and English (C1 or above)
