• As an Executive Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the legal team's efforts in delivering exceptional services to our clients. • Your expertise in law firm practices, coupled with your proficiency in Clio Practice Management Software, will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our practice. • You will collaborate closely with our attorneys and paralegals to manage administrative tasks and contribute to the success of our legal endeavors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a legal setting. • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant. • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Proficient in legal research techniques and using legal databases. • Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information. • Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Experience supporting C-level executives or senior management. • Knowledge of legal industry-specific terminology and trends.
