⢠You are responsible for the operational leadership and continued development of the sales function at consider funding. ⢠This includes in particular: managing and improving the sales pipeline, including forecasting ⢠Responsibility for revenue development, deal closures and RPE (revenue per employee) for the sales department ⢠Ensuring accurate CRM data maintenance in HubSpot ⢠Motivating, coordinating and coaching the sales team ⢠Further development of existing sales structures, processes and routines ⢠Reporting to management and deriving concrete measures from the numbers ⢠Close coordination with Marketing, funding specialists and company leadership ⢠Further development of the sales strategy, including multiplier management ⢠Market and competitor monitoring ⢠Involvement in and support of meaningful new hires within the sales team
⢠Proven experience in a lead or comparable sales leadership role ⢠Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting and sales metrics ⢠Solid closing fundamentals and the ability to coach others to improve ⢠Excellent verbal skills and persuasive communication ⢠Analytical thinking and enjoyment of data-driven sales management ⢠Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot ⢠Leadership skills, coaching ability and a good sense of team dynamics ⢠Goal-oriented, structured and independent working style ⢠High drive for results and a genuine will to succeed ⢠Growth mindset and a desire to actively develop structures ⢠Fluent German and good English skills
