📋 Description

• Resolve support tickets • Take ownership of the support process • Build, organize and give visibility to the support area • Run the support process independently and autonomously • Prioritize requests to keep support fast • Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams • Provide empathetic, fast and careful customer service • Help the support area grow • Work at a technology company that uses 360° cameras, drones and laser scanning to transform construction management

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in customer service • Experience providing support for B2B SaaS and Help Desk • Degree in Business Administration or related fields (completed or in progress) • Familiarity with data analysis • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of Intercom and ClickUp • Autonomy and responsibility to manage the process independently • Strong problem-solving skills • Organization and ability to prioritize • Effective communication with people and cross-functional teams • Experience providing support in an engineering or construction company (a plus, not required)
