📋 Description

• Monitor the development of new project launches and the start of construction in partnership with the responsible departments (regularization, GETEC (Technical Management), real estate legal, and arranging financing with Caixa Econômica Federal) to ensure project stages are aligned, synchronized and deliver the expected results, using management tools (timelines in Excel or other tools) and regular team meetings; • Coordinate with market intelligence, technical budget and financial planning teams to prepare launch books for internal committees; • Manage the agenda for Committees; • Collect and consolidate all information for each development in an organized manner—using folders, spreadsheets and data sheets with input from all departments—to serve as the knowledge reference and product owner; • Track launch schedules and monitor financing arrangements with Caixa Econômica Federal to ensure launches and the viability of fund transfers; • Research competitor and market trends (product, locations, permits, etc.); • Responsible for consolidating management information for the Business Directorate; • Create and update dashboards to monitor business development and prospecting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism, Civil Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related fields; • Experience in real estate development, property development, or real estate business; • Knowledge of financial feasibility for real estate projects; • Knowledge of urban planning legislation (Master Plan, Land Use and Occupation Law, Building Code, etc.); • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; • Experience with Power BI.
