Description
• Provide essential customer service and technical support • Review and interpret customer inquiries to prepare quotations • Coordinate with customers, reps, and sales for effective solutions • Prepare commercial proposals and product sizing • Address customer queries in a timely manner • Manage contract review and order processing • Maintain up-to-date customer activity information • Upload project details to Salesforce • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of quote process experience in mechanical applications • B.E. in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering • Good knowledge of commercial terms • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce • Experience with safety systems preferred • Intermediate math and reading skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Knowledge of units of measure and basic engineering drawings • Dedicated, quality-oriented, and safety-conscious • Ability to work well in a team environment
