• Build and develop myopia management opportunities in eye clinics • Drive awareness and knowledge among HCPs, opticians, industry groups, and other stakeholders regarding myopia management • Collaborate with local Marketing to establish a local Myopia Management Toolkit, PR campaign, and supporting resources for parents and HCPs • Educate clinic staff on MiSight with the local Professional Affairs team and support certification activities • Serve as the primary customer contact for implementing myopia management systems and establishing supporting business structures • Share best practices for CooperVision myopia management products with internal and external partners • Collect and act on competitive product information • Build, maintain, and lead relationships with CV team members, sales support, and commercial management teams • Train ophthalmologists on parent consultation, patient fitting, and post-dispense support and follow-up • Establish and develop an ophthalmologist prescribing network to drive MiSight adoption • Lead Professional Service activities including real-world data collection, clinical papers, clinical guidelines, and case study reviews • Represent CooperVision Myopia Management initiatives through participation and presentations at ophthalmology meetings
• Professional Services experience with KOL engagement and building advocacy • Excellent organizational skills • Thorough understanding of myopia management in practice, the competitive set, and the myopia management market • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CooperVision CRM solution • Ability to deliver high-level presentations to customer groups of varying sizes • Approximately 5+ years of ophthalmology or medical device experience preferred • Experience in myopia management is a plus • Demonstrated experience in training and influencing others • Demonstrated leadership experience in prior positions • Demonstrated customer business development and plan implementation skills • Experience in ophthalmology, optometry, medical, or pharmaceutical industries advantageous • Bachelor's degree; medical engineering or life sciences background advantageous but not required • Strong sales experience and track record of results may be considered • English fluency preferred but not mandatory
