Description
• Lead a team of 3 National Account Directors in developing and executing strategies for relacorilant distribution • Negotiate agreements with specialty distribution services and specialty pharmacies • Partner with community oncology GPOs and key accounts to support patient access and adoption of relacorilant • Collaborate with field sales leadership and trade organizations in the oncology sector • Analyze account performance and develop business plans to drive adoption of relacorilant
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree highly desired • 15 years of relative experience with 10 years in pharmaceutical oncology • 5+ years of account team leadership experience • Ability to travel extensively (50-75%) • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Understanding of US healthcare policies and regulations
