• Qualifying inbound leads: You act as our strategic filter. • Strategic appointment management: You conduct initial conversations and schedule qualified meetings for our sales experts. • Follow-up & reactivation: You stay on top of existing contacts and consistently follow up with leads. • CRM maintenance & documentation: You work within a clean digital structure (Airtable/CRM).

• Strong communicator who enjoys persuading people in video calls. • Results-oriented and persistent in follow-up. • Highly structured and appreciative of clear to-do systems. • Eager for a steep learning curve and ready to take on responsibility.
