Description

• The Operation Analyst (OA) collaborates with our Program Managers and assist in the management of Correlation One’s live, online training programs • The OA works with the Business Operations and Curriculum teams, contracted instructors and teaching assistants to complete ad hoc projects • The Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting the Program Manager in running a successful admissions process • A successful Operations Analyst is a quick learner with a strong work ethic • Correlation One is a company where creativity, initiative, collaboration, and communication are valued

Requirements

• 0-2 years full-time professional experience, ideally in an operations or analytics role • Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience • Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision • Proactive approach, high attention to detail, and a quick learner • Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially Powerpoint and Excel
