Description

• Cottage is building a SaaS-enabled marketplace for homeowners and contractors to work together • Starting with Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), providing housing, investment, and work • Backed by Fifth Wall, Susa Ventures, Base10 Partners and premier proptech angel investors • Leadership team with experience at Uber, ApartmentList, CloudKitchens, Tonal, and custom homes • Join a startup solving complicated challenges for everyday consumers • Responsible for qualifying new clients and guiding them to become Cottage homeowners • Work with the sales team and contribute to the efficiency of the sales process • Opportunity to learn strategic sales & business development, become product expert • Own a sales pipeline, implement processes and tools to improve conversion • Ability to experiment, innovate, and push the business forward • Fast-paced, rapidly changing, and fun work environment • Passion for real estate, architectural design, and home improvement

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or operations in early stage or high-growth tech environment • Strong social and communication skills • Hustle, ambition, and competitive drive to hit and exceed goals • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Excitement to experiment, try new things, and be creative • Comfort with a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous work environment • Passion for real estate, architectural design, and home improvement
