📋 Description

• Act as primary point of contact for all client-related questions and requests. • Lead conversations with clients to identify and address gaps in coverage, ensuring comprehensive account management. • Present pre-renewal and renewal strategies to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs. • Develop and prepare detailed marketing submissions and proposals for both new and renewal business. • Craft and deliver a written service timeline and value proposition, showcasing our commitment to client satisfaction during annual stewardship meetings. • Guarantee policy accuracy and alignment with proposed coverages, providing peace of mind to our clients. • Respond promptly to inquiries from our internal team, client contacts, and carrier partners, maintaining a 24-hour response window. • Initiate proactive correspondence with clients and insurers on a variety of topics, including coverages, rates, policy changes, audits, dividends, and billing issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Possession of current state-issued insurance licenses in jurisdictions where clients or prospects are located. • Responsible for maintaining license status through ongoing continuing education and professional development.
