📋 Description

• Conduct localized and functional learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps and team requirements • Co-design workshops, blended learning paths, e-learning modules, and performance support tools • Facilitate cohort workshops, live training sessions, and group discussions • Adapt delivery and content to diverse learning styles, group dynamics, and skill levels • Analyze participant feedback, attendance, and application metrics to improve programs • Build internal learning communities, peer-coaching circles, and practice forums • Oversee administration, scheduling, communications, and logistics for flagship talent programs • Guide Program Coordinators and Solutions Specialists on cohort setup, platform configuration, LMS tracking, and event execution • Refresh course materials, toolkits, and case studies • Collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders across Coupa • Coordinate external training vendors and contractors • Advise managers, team leads, and HR Business Partners on learning gaps • Align development programs with onboarding, performance enablement, and internal mobility • Track completion rates, survey scores, and behavioral application for continuous improvement • Stay current on learning formats, digital facilitation tools, and talent experience trends

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, or Corporate Training • Direct experience managing structured cohort-based learning programs • Proven ability to facilitate engaging, interactive workshops for early-in-career through mid-level management audiences • Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM • Experience with interactive learning technologies • Demonstrated success managing multi-week or multi-month learning programs from kickoff to evaluation • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • Experience using survey tools, LMS data, and participant metrics • Ability to build strong working relationships with HR Business Partners, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders across regions • Relevant L&D or coaching certifications such as ATD, DDI, ICF, or Myers-Briggs are a plus
