📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of customers across different industries and customer segments • Serve as the primary customer-facing advocate and point of contact between Coupa and customers • Develop and drive mutual success plans, engagement strategies, and frameworks for measurable impact • Advise customers on transforming their Business Spend Management processes to create value and efficiency • Establish trusted-advisor relationships and provide strategic direction and internal customer advocacy • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and orchestration of internal resources • Align, track, and evolve customer business objectives using the customer engagement model • Collaborate across the Coupa ecosystem to drive gross and net revenue retention and defined business outcomes • Develop customers into advocates through events, webinars, case studies, and analyst references • Foster relationships that generate references, peer-to-peer influence, and NPS growth • Develop and share best practices, challenge the status quo, and provide feedback to improve Customer Value Management • Work with, coach, and advise customer teams; collaborate with pre-sales, post-sales, product, and other internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in P2P and/or S2C domain expertise • Customer/client management experience preferred, through consulting/BPO or S2C SaaS software/solutions • Ability to collaborate naturally and use big-picture, win-win negotiation skills • Perseverance in challenging and recurring situations • Entrepreneurial mindset focused on outcome-based problem solving • Solid organizational, interpersonal, and data analytics skills • Ability to develop and maintain executive relationships and use influencing strategies • Project management skills, including managing disparate, cross-functional internal, customer, and third-party teams • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required • Flexibility to travel up to 40%
