📋 Description

• Fuel outbound pipeline and book high-quality meetings • Directly contribute to sales pipeline and revenue growth • Open doors, create conversations, and support Account Executives • Build a strong outbound rhythm with consistent activity • Become autonomous in prospecting, CRM hygiene, and handover

🎯 Requirements

• Iterative, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset • Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to continuously improve • Outcome-focused: “good enough” beats perfect, impact beats process • Fluent Italian (C2 / native) and fluent English • Strong verbal communication skills • Solid CRM usage habits (HubSpot experience is a plus) • Exposure to tech, HR, finance, or benefits-related ICPs • SMB outbound sales experience
