📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for the operational and financial management of a real estate/office portfolio in Berlin with a focus on Alexanderplatz, including budgeting, forecasts, performance tracking and reporting • Cross-functional management of the complex Alexanderplatz project, including data, reporting and milestone management, with a focus on sustainable value creation, quality as well as schedule and cost control • Development, financial modeling and implementation of value-enhancement strategies to optimize the assets' economic performance • Leadership and management of a local asset and property management team as well as technical leadership of project stakeholders • Active stakeholder management, including oversight of external brokers, advisors and service providers, and close collaboration with internal interfaces (e.g., Finance, Engineering) • Responsibility for leasing, lease agreement and disposal/sales processes (Core & Non-Core Assets), including analysis, negotiation and preparation of decision-making and governance documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Business/Economics or a comparable qualification • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in asset or fund management, real estate valuation, with investors, banks (e.g., real estate financing, M&A) or in real estate consulting • Strong financial skills (financial modeling, KPIs) as well as very good knowledge of the legal and economic framework for commercial real estate • Excellent market knowledge of the commercial and office real estate segment, including the leasing market and a reliable network • Very good MS Office skills, in particular Excel • Very good written and spoken German and English • Strong analytical, synthesis and presentation skills as well as high social competence and coordination ability • Excellent negotiation skills and strong assertiveness
