📋 Description

• Independent project planning, design, tendering and implementation of renovation and maintenance projects in the area of HLS (heating, ventilation and sanitary systems), in accordance with service phases 1–9 • Coordination of maintenance and repair work as well as supervision of the technical building equipment • Intensive site supervision during construction phases and management of subcontractors • Liaison and coordination with authorities • Derivation of appropriate measures from existing renovation strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Technical training, further qualification or degree in building services engineering, TGA, HLS, utility engineering or a comparable qualification • Solid technical understanding of building systems and installations • Knowledge of service phases 1–9 and experience in project support is an advantage • Experience in facility management or technical property management desirable • Good MS Office skills • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
