• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and fleet management solutions and related services. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and penetrate new markets. • Leverage Challenger-based and consultative selling techniques to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals. • Provide clients with actionable insights on industry trends, operational strategies, and emerging challenges in fleet management. • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting and activity tracking. • Partner with fleet customers to understand their operational needs, pain points, and business objectives. • Communicate compelling value propositions through tailored proposals and presentations. • Foster strong relationships from the C-level to support retention and account growth. • Prepare and deliver customer reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. • Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements. • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive long-term account growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and four years of experience in a related field. • The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and two years of experience, a Ph.D. and up to one year of experience, or eight years of experience in a related field. • Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required. • Travel required: up to 80%. • Trucking/fleet sales experience preferred. • Proven ability to prospect and develop new business working an account list and track record of growing accounts from existing base. • Working knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and best practices.
