âą Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing strategic client relationships across North America. âą Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve annual bookings and revenue goals. âą Identify opportunities within existing customers to expand Cprime's Organizational Change & Performance services. âą Build trusted advisor relationships with senior business and technology executives. âą Generate and manage a healthy pipeline through networking, prospecting, referrals, partner relationships, and strategic account planning. âą Partner with clients to understand business challenges related to organizational transformation, workforce effectiveness, leadership alignment, change adoption, and enterprise agility. âą Position Cprime's Organizational Change & Performance solutions to address client priorities and business outcomes. âą Lead the sales cycle from qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution. âą Collaborate with Practice Leadership, Solution Advisors, and Delivery teams to create customized client solutions. âą Expand existing customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling additional consulting capabilities across Cprime's practices. âą Develop long-term executive relationships that result in repeat business and strategic partnerships. âą Work closely with Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes that create future growth opportunities. âą Build relationships with strategic alliance partners and industry organizations to generate new business opportunities. âą Represent Cprime at conferences, industry events, executive briefings, and networking opportunities. âą Stay informed on industry trends, organizational transformation strategies, AI adoption, workforce transformation, and emerging business challenges affecting enterprise clients.
âą Bachelor's degree (graduate degree preferred) âą 10+ years of enterprise sales experience selling consulting or professional services âą Demonstrated success delivering annual consulting services bookings of at least $4 million âą Proven experience acquiring new enterprise accounts while expanding existing customer relationships âą Experience selling Organizational Change Management, Workforce Transformation, Enterprise Learning, Agile Transformation, Digital Transformation, or related consulting services âą Strong understanding of enterprise business transformation initiatives and executive decision-making processes âą Demonstrated ability to manage complex consultative sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close âą Track record of building executive-level relationships and influencing multiple stakeholders across business and technology organizations âą Excellent presentation, communication, and executive facilitation skills âą Highly collaborative with experience working across Sales, Solution Advisory, Consulting, and Delivery organizations âą Ability to travel as needed

Employees are eligible to enroll thirty (30) days after their official start date.
